How many total participants are expected?
General Attendance: Anticipated general attendance numbers in the range of 10 k over the 2 days.
Athletes i n Attendance: Anticipated number is @ 1,500 competitors from: BJJ Tournament, STS Challenge, MMA School Showcase and the Train-with-the-Masters classes.
Business Pass Attendees: We are looking to have a few hundred school owners, wholesalers, purchasing agents and buyers for sporting goods stores attend the show. Business Pass Attendees will be badged so that you may recognize them within the exhibit hall. In addition to the prospects of landing whoelsale purchases, MMA Pass Attendees will also be given teh opportunity to attend free business seminars at the show.
Will you offer 1-on-1 appointments to the business pass attendees?
Yes! We will present our business pass attendees with a list of exhibitors by category 3 weeks pre-show where they will choose which vendors they would like to sit and talk in a 1-on-1 format at the show. Once the business pass holders submit their requests, all selected vendors will be notified immediately via email.
Along with the appointments request, answers to each business pass attendee's demographic questionnaire will be included:
*Company Name, Title, Business Phone
* Type of business represented: Gym, Wholesale buyer, retail store etc.
* Product categories most interested in viewing at the expo:
- APPAREL: Clothing, shoes, shorts, rash guards, gi's etc.
- GEAR: Gloves, shin pads, mouthpiece, headgear, ear protection etc.
- HEALTH & NUTRITIONAL PRODUCTS: Supplements, Vitamins, Energy Drinks, Protein Bars etc.
- EQUIPMENT: Heavy bags, rings, focus mitts, pads, mats etc.
- PUBLICATIONS: Instructionals, DVDs, Books, Magazines etc.
- ENTERTAINMENT: Electronics, Gaming, Collectibles, Lifestyle, Travel etc.

Will I be able to sell on-site?
Yes, you may sell your products on-site, although you are responsible to report your own taxes at the end of the year relating to your on-site sales.
How are you marketing the event?
Over the past 3 years we have compiled an extensive list of MMA fans, athletes, coaches and past attendees within the tri-state area and beyond. In addition to social media marketing. direct mail, and email campaigns.

How much does it cost to exhibit?
We've created exhibit rates to fit every budget:
- 100 square feet: $950 up to $1,750
If you book prior to May 1, 2012, the rates are just:
100 square feet: $760 up to $1,400
Can I share my booth with another vendor?
Yes, you may share exhibit fees with another vendor, although only the primary registrant will have their contact information and logo posted on our website and show brochure.
Can I attend any of the events during the show?
Your exhibitor registration has the same benefits as an attendee. It allows you to take part in any free activities: educational sessions, tournament viewing, special events. You will also be entitled to purchase fee-related items as well on-site and pre-show.
How many passes do I get as an exhibitor?
3 per booth. You may purchase additional passes online for $20/day and $35/weekend online, pre-show and $25/day and $35/weekend on-site.
